Coronavirus Update

Hello you,
Amid the developing coronavirus outbreak, I just wanted to take the time to inform you of the recent changes we've decided to make at Birdie Barn for the good of our staff and the general public.

We have decided to only have parcels collected once per week on a Wednesday. For example, if you place an order on a Thursday, it will be dispatched the following Wednesday. We will aim to get all orders placed before 11pm Sunday, the upcoming Wednesday.
Royal Mail and other couriers are occasionally experiencing delays. We are asking all our (UK) customers to please allow 10 working days to receive your order.

This decision has not been taken lightly and we do apologise if this may cause inconvenience to any orders you make with us in the near future. We do believe by taking the necessary steps to prevent this awful virus from spreading, as a community and nation, we can get through this difficult time together.

We realise all our situations have now changed and we are committed to keep providing you with the Birdie Barn service you expect. Please bare with Birdie Barn during this period as it will solely be in operation by myself.
