Our turnaround time (the time needed to create and pack your order) is up to 7 working days, although we do our best to get all orders out much quicker than this. UK customers have the option of standard or express delivery at checkout, which is the time taken for our courier to deliver your order after dispatch. International orders are delivered within 14 working days after dispatch.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive and email from us with your unique tracking number so you can keep tabs on your parcel. Where applicable, you'll also receive a separate email from our courier where you can amend your delivery.

As long as your item is unused, in the same condition and packaging it arrived in, you can mail the item back to us for a full refund.Click here to request a return. We unfortunately don’t accept returns for any personalised items.

Our BBottles and all their compatible lids are leak proof. Our tumblers are classed as ‘spill proof’, they’ll withstand small splashes from being carried in or hand or in your car but are not designed to be carried upside down in a bag for example.

All our drink ware, with the exception of ceramic mugs, are hand wash only.

Yes! Your hot drink will stay for hot for up to 8hrs and cold drinks stay cold for up to 24hrs.

All our drinkware is printed via a transfer method and 'burnt' onto the item at 200ºc, ensuring it will last forever. No physical materials are able to be removed from the drinkware via consumption.

This is one of the reasons why our drinkware is not dishwasher friendly, as the heat from your dishwasher may cause the design to burn further and discolour or bleed.
