Are the BBottles insulated?

- Yes! Our BBottles are made from double walled thick stainless steel that keep your cold drink cold for up to 24 hours and hot drinks hot for up to 10 hours.

Is my BBottle dishwasher safe?

- Your BBottle will be able to withstand the heat of your dishwasher, however this may cause the print on your BBottle to bleed or the coating to scratch, so we would always recommend hand washing them.

How do I clean my lids?

- We would recommend using warm soapy water with a straw brush. For really stubborn residue that has been left on your lid for a while, you can soak them in a mix of baking soda and water.

Is there a certain way I should be putting my lid on?

- For our Straw lids, Screw lids and Sip lids, yes! When you fill your BBottle and put your lid on, make sure the spouts where you drink from are open to release any compressed air. Once the lid is on tight, you can then close the spout.

What's the easiest way to put on my BBootie?

- They can be a little tricky but we've found the easiest way to put on your BBootie is to place it on a flat surface and simply place your BBottle into it. With a little bit of a wiggle and perhaps some maneuver to let any air out, it should slot in.
