Subscription Box FAQ'S
What exactly do I get in my subscription box?
Each subscription box will be entirely different, subject to the current season and theme. We can guarantee you will receive one of our printed drinkware items such as a mug, tumbler or water bottle in every box, along with a notebook/notepad, a postcard and other accessories subject to that theme. The boxes will always total over £30. You can view our previous boxes on our social media pages.
How much does shipping cost per box?
Shipping is free for all UK boxes yay! For international delivery, your rate will be calculated at checkout depending on your country's mailing zone.
When will I receive my subscription box?
Our subscription boxes are dispatched from the 1st of the month each quarter (January, April, July & October) or if your payment is after the 1st of that quarter, within 2 working days after your payment has been made. If there are any delays, we are aware of in advance, you will be notified prior. Once dispatched you normally should receive your box in around 3-5 working days in the UK, however there may be delays during busier periods. For international delivery please allow 14 working days for delivery.
When will my payment be taken each quarter?
Your payment will be taken 12 weeks to the day from your initial subscription purchase, through the same method of payment. You can check your exact date by logging into your account.
The automatic payment for my box declined, what should I do?
If your payment is unsuccessful on your payment due date you will be notified via email (please check your junk folder!), usually it’s just that your card has expired or needs updating which you can do on your profile after logging in. Payment will be attempted a further 3 times within 24 hours of each other and if payment is still unsuccessful on the third attempt, your subscription will be cancelled completely. If this happens and you wanted to carry on with your subscription service, you would have to sign up again when the boxes are available.
How do I pause or skip a box?
You can skip a box anytime via your account. However, you need to make sure you skip 48hrs before your payment date to prevent payment being taken for that quarter.
There are no restrictions on the amount of times you can use this, or number of boxes you can skip.
I need a little help with my subscription, how do I contact you?
