If adding a logo or you need to send us a pre-made design; please send it via email to hello@birdiebarn.co.uk quoting your order number, or simply reply to your order confirmation email. Please understand we can only print images you own the rights to and copyrighted designs that aren't your own are strictly forbidden. We work on a copy and paste system, please ensure all text, spelling and grammar is correct before proceeding to checkout.
Product FAQ
Are your products leakproof?
Our BBottles (and all their compatible lids) and food flasks are leak proof. Our tumblers are classed as ‘spill proof’, they’ll withstand small splashes from being carried in your hand or in your car but are not designed to be carried upside down in a bag for example. All other products have not been signed off as leak proof.
Can I put your products in the dishwasher?
All our food flasks and drink ware, with the exception of ceramic mugs, are hand wash only.
Do your tumblers come with straws?
Our 12oz tumblers come with their own reusable clear plastic straw. Our 20oz and 30oz tumblers don't come with a straw but we’ve added a link to our reusable metal ones that fit them on every tumbler page on the website, or you can search ‘metal straw’ in the search bar.
Can I use my tumbler for both hot and cold drinks?
Yes! Your hot drink will stay for hot for up to 6hrs and cold drinks stay cold for up to 12hrs.
Can I use my BBottle for both hot and cold drinks?
Yes! Your hot drink will stay for hot for up to 8hrs and cold drinks stay cold for up to 24hrs.
Can I use my food flask for both hot and cold food?
Yes! Your hot food will stay for hot for up to 10hrs and cold foods stay cold for up to 20hrs.
Shipping
How quickly will i get my order?
Our turnaround time (the time needed to create and pack your order) is up to 7 working days, although we do our best to get all orders out much quicker than this. UK customers have the option of standard or express delivery at checkout, which is the time taken for our courier to deliver your order after dispatch. International orders are delivered within 14 working days after dispatch.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll recieve and email from us with your unique tracking number so you can keep tabs on your parcel. Where applicable, you'll also recieve a seperate email from our courier where you can amend your delivery.
